1 Scope of Agreement

rk99 is an online entertainment platform providing casino games, sports betting, and related services to users in Bangladesh. These terms apply to the use of any product or service on the site.

3 Account Registration Rules

Each user may hold only one account. Opening multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Information provided at registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date.

• Name, date of birth, and contact details must be truthful.
• If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed and balances forfeited.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details confidential.
• Payments may not be made or received through a third party.

4 Identity Verification (KYC)

rk99 may request identity verification at any time for security purposes. Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended until this process is completed. Required documents may include:

• National Identity Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of ownership of the payment method.
• A recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification.

Providing false or forged documents will result in permanent account closure.

5 Account Suspension & Closure

rk99 may suspend or close an account without notice for the following reasons:

• Violation of these terms and conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Bonus abuse or attempted system manipulation.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial activity.
• Attempts to harm the platform's security or other users.

6 Deposit Rules

The minimum deposit amount across all payment methods is ৳500 (five hundred taka). When depositing, you must use a mobile banking account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and such transactions may be cancelled and returned.

• Minimum deposit: ৳500 per method.
• Successful deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
• If the deposit amount is incorrect or incomplete, please notify the support team.

7 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount across all payment methods is ৳1,000 (one thousand taka). Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳1,000.
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 2 hours.
• Only a payment account registered in your own name may be used for withdrawals.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• Funds subject to an active bonus wagering requirement are not eligible for withdrawal.

8 Currency & Transactions

All transactions on the rk99 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If a technical error occurs in any transaction, the support team must be notified immediately. rk99 reserves the right to correct erroneous transactions.

9 Welcome Bonus

rk99's welcome bonus is a 150% bonus on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. To receive the bonus, the wagering requirement must be met — you must wager 15 times the bonus amount.

The wagering requirement applies only to the bonus amount, not to the original deposit.

10 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated at the time of the offer.
• Bonus abuse or attempts to artificially fulfil wagering requirements may result in the bonus being cancelled and the account suspended.
• Attempting to collect bonuses using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• rk99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• Winnings from bonus funds must have wagering completed before withdrawal.

11 VIP Program

rk99's VIP program has 4 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Each tier offers weekly cashback and exclusive benefits.

• Bronze: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.9% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.2% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers depends on playing style and regularity. rk99 reserves the right to modify VIP terms and conditions.

12 Game Fairness

All games on the rk99 platform are operated in a neutral and fair manner. Game outcomes are determined using a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is audited and verified. Ensuring fair play is our commitment.

13 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs during game operation, rk99 reserves the right to void the affected bets. There is no obligation to make payments resulting from technical errors. No compensation will be provided for issues caused by the user's own connection or device.

14 Sports Betting Rules

The following rules apply to sports betting on rk99:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, the related bet will be considered void and the staked amount will be refunded.
• If there is a clear error in recorded data, rk99 may void the affected bet.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected, payment may be suspended pending investigation.
